The team of smart technologies is headed by a management having experience of many years in the energy sector:

Besides the management in the team there are specialists for software development, project management, quality management and IT specific security. The team is characterized by a sound mix of experienced employees, who beside their skills in the area of the software development also have deep process knowledge (particularly in the liberalized energy market), and as well as young well trained ones, all of them well motivated. Since the founding of smart technologies in the year 2000 the number of employees increased continuously to at present 25. For the case of peak work load we have prepared agreements with appropriate partners to cover any bottlenecks in human resources. In order to support the loyalty to the company the key employees became shareholders in 2009.
